Mr. Adeyeye is the President and Principal Broker with Adeppo Group Inc. He started his real estate career as a Texas realtor in 2014 with an initial focus on helping his clients grow their wealth with real estate investments in single-family homes. After becoming a Texas-licensed real estate broker in 2021, he became active in commercial real estate. He is currently a passive investor in 282 multi-family units and an active investor in an industrial park within the greater Houston area.

Outside real estate, Mr. Adeyeye has over ten years of executive leadership experience in the oil and gas industry. He is a Senior Vice President with Ryder Scott Petroleum Consultants L.P., a petroleum engineering consulting firm, where he works with licensed professional engineers and geologists in the independent third-party evaluation and certification of hydrocarbon reserves and resources for clients worldwide. In his early career as an engineer, Mr. Adeyeye worked with BP, Devon Energy, and Murphy Oil Corporation in several subsurface engineering and leadership roles. 

Mr. Adeyeye earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Lagos in Nigeria, a Master of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX, and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree from Rice University in Houston TX.

In addition to being a real estate broker, Mr. Adeyeye is a Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Texas, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI), an Independent Rental Owner Professional (IROP) certified by the National Apartment Association, and an active member of the Houston Apartment Association. He is a family man with strong Christian faith, and he has a young son and a daughter, who is a Kinesiology major at the University of Texas in San Antonio.
