We Find Deals
We Present Offerings
After our meticulous underwriting process, the investment opportunities that meet our markers and qualifiers are put together into a packaged offering for you to review.
You Invest
You analyze the investment offerings and decide which opportunities you want to seize. Once your funds are received, you immediately become an equity partner in that particular cash-flowing asset.
You Receive Returns
We can force equity through minor repositioning by acquiring cash-flowing real estate properties with value-add opportunities. Our investors receive higher rates of returns when exiting the property. Hold time is between 3 to 7 years.
We Build Equity
The returns generated from the cash-flowing asset are used to service the debt and handle other expenses related to managing the asset. The profits are distributed as passive income and paid out to investors quarterly.
